This FileMaze Hosting Solutions Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which FileMaze Hosting Solutions ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
- Pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive images or videos are prohibited. Illegal/Copyrighted material are also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images or videos at any time without User notification.
- Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, FileMaze Hosting Solutions is under no obligation to become involved.
- This is an educational website, so use it to share only educational material that you own or have the rights to share such a stuff. The sole purpose of this website is to share knowledge among others.
- FileMaze Hosting Solutions is not liable for your images, videos or files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images, videos or files.
- Accessing our website using any kind of proxy servers and/or proxy websites is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
- All premium accounts purchased must be used for personal use only. Sharing of premium account is strictly forbidden! You may not use your FileMaze account to upload to other web host. All premium services are meant to be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY. We (FileMaze Hosting Solutions) reserve the right to suspend/terminate any user account found to be not abiding by our terms of service.
FileMaze Hosting Solutions is commited to cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.
Refund Policy
We provide a platform to our customer to share/transfer big files with ease, and for that we charge from you. When you purchase our service for the specific period, we guarantee to provide you squeaky clean service during that specific period. If we fail to do so -- due to technical problem or anything for that matter --, we'll add extra premium days (twice the downtime), as a compensation, to your account. Money will not be refunded in any case. And remember, there is no compensation for 1 Day (one day) premium account whatsoever be the reason.
